Ordering & Process
How do I place an order?
Fill out our quote request form or call us at (403) 681-6711. Tell us your idea — size, colours, wording, and budget — and we'll send back a free custom mock-up and price within 24 hours. No design experience needed.
Do you make signs for personal use, not just businesses?
Absolutely. We work with homeowners, event planners, content creators, and anyone who wants a custom sign for their space. Whether it's a neon sign for your bedroom, a bar cart, a wedding, or a home studio — we can build it.
How long does it take to get my sign?
Standard lead time is 1–2 weeks from design approval. Rush orders may be available depending on our current queue — ask us when you submit your quote. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days.
Is the mock-up really free?
Yes — 100% free, no strings attached. We'll send you a custom visual of your sign along with a transparent quote. You only pay if you love it and decide to move forward.
Can I make changes after seeing the mock-up?
Of course. We'll revise the design until you're fully happy before we start production. Once you approve and pay, we begin fabrication — so we can't make changes after that point.

What types of signs do you make?
We specialize in LED neon signs, channel letters, backlit & halo signs, lightboxes, and pylon signs. We handle everything from small personal neon pieces to full commercial storefront signage packages.
Are your neon signs real glass or LED?
We use LED neon flex — a modern alternative that looks just like traditional glass neon but is safer, more durable, energy-efficient, and much lighter. It's the industry standard for custom neon signs today.
Can you match my exact brand colours?
Yes. Provide us with your brand's Pantone, CMYK, or HEX colour codes and we'll match as closely as the available LED and vinyl materials allow. For channel letters and lightboxes, we use premium 3M vinyl that covers the full colour spectrum.
Are your signs weatherproof / suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. Our commercial signs — channel letters, pylons, lightboxes — are built for outdoor Alberta weather including extreme cold, snow, and UV exposure. Neon signs are primarily indoor products, though outdoor-rated versions are available on request.
Pricing & Shipping
How much does a custom sign cost?
Pricing depends on sign type, size, and complexity. Small personal neon signs can start around $200–$400. Commercial channel letters and storefront packages typically range from $1,500 to $10,000+. Get a free quote and we'll give you an exact number for your specific project.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes — we ship to every province and territory in Canada. We're based in Calgary, Alberta and serve Calgary and nearby areas including Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane, Okotoks, Strathmore, Leduc, Edmonton, Vancouver, Kelowna, Saskatchewan, Halifax, Drumheller, and much more. Whether you're local or across the country, we've got you covered.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, e-transfer, and bank transfer. A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due before shipping or pickup.
Do you offer installation services?
Yes, for Calgary and area. Professional installation is available for commercial signage including channel letters, pylons, and large-format signs. Installation pricing is quoted separately based on location and complexity.
